The Elements and You

Class Description

The Elements are well known and referenced frequently in transpersonal work. Do you know the qualities of each of the elements - Air, Water, Fire and Earth? Are you curious about the magic they offer and how they influence our lives? In this one hour, free class we will identify the characteristics of these elements and their energy through the tools of visualization and writing to explore our relationship with each element more intimately. We will examine how these elements can support us and how we can connect with them more personally. We will learn more about ourselves as we examine the above questions with additional special coaching prompts and the sacred space provided by the facilitator Kelly Jo Augir. Kelly uses a unique blend of teaching, coaching, and creative arts writing in this class. Please bring your favorite writing tools to help you connect with what your heart knows and desires from the elements. Hope to see you there!
